Worst online shopping experience in 1000+ orders — avoid this site
I've placed over 1,000 orders online across various retailers, and this is by far the worst return experience I've ever had. It took more than a month to get any real response about my return. I sent 8 emails and only received 2 replies. In between, I had to escalate and mention a chargeback with my bank just to get any movement at all. It really feels like they rely on people giving up out of exhaustion — staying silent for weeks seems to be part of the strategy, not just poor organization. The return process itself is unnecessarily difficult. They asked for photos of the product even though it was never opened. After a month of back and forth, their final answer was that I'd have to cover the return shipping myself (around $50/€45) AND pay a 10% "handling fee" on top of that. Even back in 2010, online return processes were simpler than this. If you're considering ordering from this site, think twice — customer service is a nightmare if anything goes wrong with your order.
