Utter rubbish broke after 30 minutes
This company is just more crap from China that doesn't work, dressed up to look like a reputable company. Don't bother. I ordered aircon, solar panel and battery in June, its half way through July and despite it saying 3 to 7 days delivery, half the items haven't even arrived yet, the thing that did arrive, the air conditioning unit, Set it up turned it on, seemed to work fine.. 30minutes later red light flashed up error 38. Front fan not working.. then all the palaver of trying to deal with their STUPID automated customer service over email..don't even bother with that...they kept asking for my details and order info etc..I kept emailing it to them, they said they hadn't received it so I resent multiple times!!..same thing, then they closed the case number because they said I had'nt emailed them back with my order details..when I had sent at least 6 response emails. I finally found a number I was able to get through to, could barely understand the persons accent, their English was so poor..still waiting for a full refund. Absolute S**T show of a company! Leave well alone!
