No Replacement parts
I purchased an S14 e-bike for my son less than a year ago. Unfortunately, he recently bent the front rim. When I contacted Windone customer service to purchase a replacement, I was told the S14 has been discontinued in Canada and that no replacement parts are available. It is extremely disappointing that a bike less than a year old is already unsupported. A damaged wheel is a normal repair item, yet because replacement parts aren't available, my son is left without a usable bike. I expected much better after-sales support. If you're considering purchasing a Windone bike, I would strongly recommend confirming that replacement parts will be available for years to come. In my experience, buying a product that becomes unserviceable within a year is simply unacceptable.
