I want to thank Claire with windone for always having great customer service and always being so helpful and supportive I’ve had a couple issues with my rs5 dirtbike and every time I’ve reached out to Claire she’s always on top of getting me replacement parts so far my issues haven’t been resolved but Claire’s always fast to get back to me with resolutions as soon as I get my replacements I’m hoping everything will be fixed as it should be thanks Claire 🙂

I purchased a scooter from Windone and after nine months had problems with the battery. We reached out to them and they took great care of us replacing the battery and also the charger could not be more happy for the Customer Service.

I needed an MCO certificate to register…

I needed an MCO certificate to register my RM7 for off-road use in California. Claire helped me get that sorted out very quickly with clear instructions on what she needed from me so that she could get the certificate created and sent over to me. Total time it took was 2 days.

Our son’s scooter showed an error code…

Our son’s scooter showed an error code and Chloe was amazing. The support we received to fix the scooter made it start working again like new. We received the correct part and I was able to get it fixed myself, and my son is very happy. Thank you again for taking the time to diagnose and help us get his scooter back up and running.

Great Customer Support

Customer support from Claire was excellent. I had an older E2 bike that is out of warranty and needed help troubleshooting a problem with the rear hub motor. She coordinated with engineering and proposed parts needed to resolve the problem. I received the service parts within a few days and the bike is back up and running. Thanks Claire!

I love my WindOne RM7

I love my WindOne RM7, and live on it. I use mine to deliver for Uber Eats and Doordash. After an issue, Customer Service was amazing and was quick to solve my problem, by promptly shipping me a replacement part. Highly recommend for quality, price and experience.

I could not be more happy with the Customer Service

I could not be more happy with the Windone RS5 and also the customer service. The bike is well constructed and had many features that competitors do not have. The bike was in an accident and many pieces were broken. I went to customer service and with a few quick pictures and a video Windone quickly shipped me all the parts free of charge. Their service is exceptional!

Have had the e-bike for about 2 years…

Have had the e-bike for about 2 years now will say it rides great did have some parts needing replaced but was not a problem with how well the customer service is when needed support they respond quickly that day or next day thank you to Chloe who got was there each step of the way in getting the parts

E2 eBikeThrottle/Motor Issue

I received excellent customer service from Chloe. She responded within 12 hours with specific requirements to move my issue along. Then after I sent her what she requested, she responded back within 2 hours with the resolution. Fantastic service. She was also very thorough and professional.
