I had to replace the bottom piece that holds the battery in place on our scooterand Customer Service was very responsive in helping me get the part ordered. Unfortunately, the part broke about a week after receiving it and Vinnie was great and got me a replacement sent out at no charge. Thanks for the great customer service.

I purchased 4 S2 scooters. They work great and are so much fun. We did have an issue with one of them due to a battery not holding charge. The customer service worked with us on returning the scooter and getting a replacement. Excellent service.

I had a couple of questions that I couldn't find the answer to in the owners manual. Sent a email requesting additional information on my C1 bike. Although they are closed on the weekend ( not a problem) I had an answer first thing on Monday morning. Fixed my issue in under a minute. My wife and I (64y & 67y) purchased 2 of these bikes, and they are a kick to ride.Thank you so much Cindy for your prompt and helpful service.

I purchased two (2) Hi-Boy eScooters, the 2nd one being a S2 SE model. Both scooters got flat rear tire inner tubes within 12 months (no punctures!). The 1st scooter got exchanged for the 2nd scooter. The 2nd scooter rear tire, I was sent an inner tube and was told to replace it myself - even though it was still within the manufacturer's 12 month warranty period! Shipping took nearly one (1) month to receive the rear tire inner tube replacement. FORTUNATELY, I purchased an extended warranty through Best Buy (where I had bought both eScooters). They took my S2 SE and gave me full retail credit - which I used towards a K4 Hi-Boy eScooter - which dos NOT have a rear tire inner tube! Performance-wise, the S2 SE was very good. Fast speed (for my teenage son), quick charge, sturdy, easy to maneuver, no problems. It was the rear inner tube which twice malfunctioned within 12 months of use. The rear inner tube is IMPOSSIBLE to replace if it is DIY, despite the ease shown on YouTube videos (provided by Hi-Boy). If this new K4 malfunctions, I am done with Hi-Boy.

I’ve been very happy with my Hiboy C1 e-bike. It’s a fun, well-designed bike that’s quick enough to be enjoyable, but not so fast that it feels intimidating. It’s the perfect speed for riding with my teenage son, and we’ve made some great memories exploring together. About a week after receiving my first C1, one of the pedals started feeling loose and wobbly. I emailed Hiboy customer service, and they responded the very same day. They promptly sent me a replacement pedal, and after installing it, my C1 was back to feeling like new. The outstanding customer service really impressed me. Knowing Hiboy stands behind its products gave me the confidence to purchase a second C1. Now my son and I each have one, and we love riding together. Great product, excellent customer support, and a company that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend the Hiboy C1!

We have the S2 scooter and it was less than 1 year old and gave us an error message. I reached out and it was a very simple process to get a replacement part. Received a new motor about a week later.
I ordered a charging unit for the highway S2 Pro that said it was delivered, but never actually made it way to my house, annoyed, disappointed, having already waited what felt like forever with my dad scooter high boy wasted no time were on it from the first step sent me out a replacement straight from there warehouse. I’m impressed with the speed in which everything moved considering the charger I ordered was actually out of stock so I was expecting a turnaround at least like a month week summer and everything just moving slower, but the turnaround wasn’t long at all. Week later it arrived. Thank you hi Boy team you guys are amazing. Really appreciate the efforts and the constant communication. Truly appreciate it. Excellent service!!
