If anyone is hesitant about ordering a Hiboy, don't be. Hiboy bikes and scooters are very high quality and well built. I immediately had a problem with my battery (which I understand from a repair shop in my city just happens through no fault of the bike company) I had nothing but a positive experience troubleshooting through my problem with Hiboy. Grace answered my emails promptly and after diagnosing the problem they sent out a new battery immediately. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou

Motor Shutting Down
I was having an issue with the scooter and contacted Hiboy for troubleshooting. Their chat service spent a lot of time with me and decided they couldn't help and they sent me to their email support team for further analysis. We have had two problems with the scooters we gor for our boys. Nothing with the product, just boys being boys. Hiboy's customer service has been excellent both times and we have had prompt responses and helpful interactions. Replacement parts have been sent in a timely manner with clear instructions on how to repair the problem. We have been very pleased with this company and their service
