A real person (CHLOE) assisted me, sent a copy of my receipt, name , number and address, two days later I received a tracking number for my replacement charger (free)! Customer service a 10. I ordered the SR5. I was able to finance via Cash App on their website.. bike came within 5 days exactly how the tracking info said.. it was easy to complete the build.. with the tools they provided. I had some questions i emailed to customer service and they answered same day and explained perfectly.. this company and especially Claire on the support team is top notch.. the bike works great and surpassed expectations. I am even getting it approved to be street legal with the Manufacturers certificate of origin i requested and they sent back same day. I recommend purchasing from Windone as highly as possible

We were out of warranty for a front fender issue. They sent us a new one free of charge. I thought their service was outstanding. I was ready to pay for a new one.
We had a throttle issue on the RM7. I reached out, Chloe responded quickly and we reached a fair resolution for the issue. Although I was hesitant to proceed with their a suggestion because it involved purchasing a new item and then waiting for a refund, Chloe kept her word and the refund has been received. Chloe has been a pleasure to work with and her customer service is great!
Chole from customer support has been amazing! I have had two issues with my RM7. Front shock seal bad and my headlight stopped working. Love my RM7. Purchased in April 2026 and I ride daily. Lots of value for my hard earned buck! That being said, when a mechanical issue arose (as these things do) I emailed support and heard back from Claire next business day. She explained the warranty claim process and requested a few (simple) diagnostic tests be done to the bike, recorded and sent back via WeTransfer. I spent about an hour creating the videos the way Clair requested. The issue was identified and new parts shipped within the week. I cant say enough about the support team @ Windone they really followed through for me. Thanks Claire!
