Love my RM7
Love my RM7. Purchased in April 2026 and I ride daily. Lots of value for my hard earned buck! That being said, when a mechanical issue arose (as these things do) I emailed support and heard back from Claire next business day. She explained the warranty claim process and requested a few (simple) diagnostic tests be done to the bike, recorded and sent back via WeTransfer. I spent about an hour creating the videos the way Clair requested. The issue was identified and new parts shipped within the week. I cant say enough about the support team @ Windone they really followed through for me. Thanks Claire!
