Not delivered
I ordered 2 pair of prescription glasses and never got them. They said they were delivered but I never got them. The tracking showed they were in customs for 2 weeks then all of the sudden they went from customs to 3 different states in 1 day then from one city to my address in 12 minutes, that would be impossible because that city is an hour away if you drive straight through with no other stops. The neighbors didn’t get them they were not on my porch or anywhere. I contacted lensmart and they sent me to Seel for a refund and I don’t have any cash apps so they want my bank account information and no way in hell am I giving them that. I guess I’m just stuck with fewer dollars and no glasses. In my opinion they are one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with.
