Worked right out of the box and doesn't need a heated chamber to be a good printer and a good price for what it can do that other competitors can't and a camera mount if you're planing on an upgrade BUT!!! I ordered a Q2C COMBO and the printer arrived as a Q2C but the box and the riser came in the color of the original Q2
