Out money and product...scam
I ordered artificial flowers in April. By June, I realized they had never arrived, so I contacted the company. They told me the package had been delivered in May. After several rounds of communication, I discovered that FedEx had sent the package to my local post office. The post office confirmed that the shipping label contained neither my name nor my street address—only the city and state. Because the package could not be identified or delivered, it was returned to the sender. I asked the company either to resend my order with a correct shipping label or to issue a refund. Despite the fact that the package was returned due to their incorrect labeling, they refused to do either, claiming it had been delivered. As a result, I am now out both the flowers and the money I paid for them.
