Out money and product...scam
I ordered artificial flowers in April. By June, I realized they had never arrived, so I contacted the company. They told me the package had been delivered in May. After several rounds of communication, I discovered that FedEx had sent the package to my local post office. The post office confirmed that the shipping label contained neither my name nor my street address—only the city and state. Because the package could not be identified or delivered, it was returned to the sender. I asked the company either to resend my order with a correct shipping label or to issue a refund. Despite the fact that the package was returned due to their incorrect labeling, they refused to do either, claiming it had been delivered. As a result, I am now out both the flowers and the money I paid for them.
Good customer support
I had not received the nail treatment...so I wrote to the company and it was delivered within a week!
Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. The umbrella looks nice and sturdy. Since the temps in Northern Calif have been in the upper 90'sF, I haven't used it yet.

I like being able to pick up and attach dust clothes for my floor. Sadly, I can’t do the same for the wet pads I already own, because they’re too thick for the mop.
Super product.
This brush got a lot of loose hair off my German Shepherd and she didn't have any discomfort.

I was very disappointed because I understood that each mop would have two full packages of cloths but there was just 2 single cloths with each. I am disappointed as I was really looking forward to using my mop and gifting the other two. I do like the mop though.
Hands free!
I love how this will attach itself to any cloth. Easy on my back!!
