Great service; bad tech
The laundry was clean, perfectly folded, and back in a timely manner. My biggest complaint is the text notifications were completely inaccurate. I got texts telling me my stop was next only to find that my laundry had been picked up hours earlier. The same thing happened with drop off: My laundry came back around 3 PM and at 10:30pm I got multiple text messages telling me to track my driver because my drop off was imminent. If they could fix the tracking and notifications it would 5 stars for sure!
