I am a 55 year old female and I purchased the Hunter Pro. I could not believe how easy it was to assemble. It was delivered on a Monday and I was intimidated by the size of the box. But after a couple of days of seeing it sit in my living room, I decided to give it a try. It took me a little over an hour to fully assemble. Thank you for the options of watching You Tube videos and having the manual available to follow. I have told everyone about my bike at work! I just love being able to ride around my neighborhood and use pedal assist if needed on days I’m doing too much. I had a couple of questions that I emailed customer service and they were very quick to respond to my needs. Again, thank you Jasion for making a durable and safe product.
