Great Customer Service Experience with a Defected Product
I purchased a product that one of the features had fail to work after using it for a few months. I chatted with customer service support and determine that a new unit was in order. Ivy arranged that a new unit would be shipped to be immediately. Great customer service. Great company to work with. They standby thie products!
