Before signing up please look into the contract you are signing up to. I tried to cancel the monthly fee as I wasn’t using the app. In fact I have never used the app. I was told that I would only be able to cancel after the year has expired. So just like a gym membership ship you are tied in. So for the past year I have been paying for something that I haven’t used. Customer service were unhelpful and basically said tough you signed up.
