Quality assurance expectations
Hello. The package was received awesomely in time for my anniversary. I definitely would've appreciated a standard quality assurance protocol of sending the client pictures of the process - or in the very least, a finished product picture before the item gets sent out. It would be very nice and reassuring, especially given some negative or neutral opinions and reviews I have read on Trust Pilot and Reddit threads. My order didn't look quite like the featured product pictures. The gem is smaller and the bezel around the enamel is significantly narrower, and the enamel around the ring is concave and not rounded like the product display pictures portray. My boyfriend and I still cherished the rings and the inner ring engravings are actually very clean, but dainty and very small. Hard to read. Overall, 3/5 stars. Still a nice ring, but I might consider spending more elsewhere, as these items come from China.
