Amazing Customer Service from Wennie!
I really like many of the features of the Smartwatch 4; however, I encountered a glitch with the VeryFit app and couldn't get into it. I was considering returning the watch until Wennie figured out what the issue was & walked me through it step by step to resolve the issue. I am so grateful to have access to the stats in the app again so I can continue to enjoy my Smartwatch 4! Thank you so much, Wennie. You are my hero!
