I am writing this letter to you in regard of exemplary service Dalton Ikenberry.
I am writing this letter to you as a token of appreciation and positive feedback for the outstanding customer service received from Dalton Ikenberry at Jaspertronics on July 15th. Dalton's, ability and smartness, as well as politeness in assisting was amazing and exceeded my expectations. I called him about my Mitsubishi DLP TV purchase of the WD73738 projector lamp not adequately fitting. Dalton explained to me in detail that there are several things that can cause fit issues with these TVs and lamps. These TVs are like giant projectors with a screen attached. There was a bit of an oversight with them, and they were made without air filters. This can lead to all sorts of issues. One is the lamps will start to burn too hot, and the plastic bulb compartment and connectors will warp ever so slightly. The best solution is to swap the lamp from the new housing we sent you into the old housing you are replacing. This old housing will be warped alongside the TV and should still fit with ease. Dalton even provided a video showing me how to proceed with the process. My husband is absolutely thrilled because this is his favorite television and has a part of our family several years. Carl did not want to throw out this television any time soon. At any rate we will try it over the upcoming weekend, and I am sure we will have good success. It is because of this exceptional service we will continue to buy from Jaspertronics when we need any type of projector lamps bulbs. Also recommend friends as well as family for future bulb purchases. Jaspertronics beat the competition hands down and is second to none. Kudos to you Dalton you rock!!!
