updated review
i originally gave a 1 star, was disappointed in the lack of communication through email, whatsapp is faster if you want to check on your order. Eventually got my lenses. they are really nice, actually comfy and pigment! Although, i didnt get an email saying it was on the way or anything which was another small lack of communication. so i do rate it a 4 overall due to that reason.
