Had an issue with an earring clasp and reached out to the company on Instagram, they replied quickly and sent me a video explaining how to resolve the issue. The earrings are now in perfect working condition thanks to their help. The jewellery is beautiful and I’m so excited to be able to wear it 🥰😍 Thank you 🤍
