DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS…
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY." MY EMAIL: Below, I have shown in OWNKOTI'S sales pictures the deceptive advertising you (OWNkoti) use to sell product. Now are you telling me I must return ship this to CHINA because it doesn't measure to a "queen" bed? My zipcode is 53044. OWNKOTI, what are MY costs to return ship to the address you provided: Name: Hu Yue Address: Building 5, Gate 6, Elevator C, 6th Floor, Jinfeng Industrial Technology Incubation Park, No. 887 Changchun West Road, Hutang Village, Xiaoshun Town, Jindong District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. Zip code: 321000 Telephone: 1538249 OWNKOTI reply: Please note that our sizes are STANDARD SIZES. Please do not compare it with a US-sized bed. The image on the website shows the quilt draping over the side of the bed for display purposes only; please refer to the specific dimensions for the actual effect. MY EMAIL: WHAT DOES THAT MEAN OWNKOTI - WHOSE STANDARDS? The actual effect of your advertising, sizing, return policies and NOT SUPPLYING EVEN A PHONE NUMBER FOR YOUR PATRONS - are obvious signs of your deceptive, cagey, incomplete and thoughtless "sales" agenda. I will never recommend your company nor products to anyone! I am entertaining 29 female guests this afternoon. They will all hear about this failed, time wasting purchase. Jane
