When I first booked a transporter on the CitizenShipper platform to transport my pet, I thought their route would be more direct. Upon learning after booking that the transporter was actually planning on taking my pet on a much longer route, I had second thoughts. The customer service team at Citizen Shipper made it easy for me to cancel that original booking and transfer my booking fee to a much better transporter option for my dog.
