Ellie is great
Ellie was very helpful with all of my questions and requests. She quickly pulled up relevant information and documents to help me compare and select the right plan. She was knowledgeable and explained the differences between the various plans in a way that was easy to understand. She also patiently gave me time to do my own research while checking in periodically to see if I had any additional questions. Overall, I really appreciated her support throughout the process.
