Trugreen killed my lawn this year and refused to take any responsibility for it. My lawn was emerald green last year and this year they destroyed it. The three homes on my street that used trugreen this year all look the same too. The worst on the street. Even people that dont care about there lawn and do nothing for it look better than mine. 100% rip off, dont waste your money. Do it yourself or use anyone else other than this garbage company. Update after trugreen reply Touching response, not a promise to fix the damage you have done to my once beautiful lawn, just to cancel my account. Not at all unexpected from such a horrible company. Good riddance.
