Scratched and Dented unit
Please update your website to the real order number Order ID: #170013858726073606 Our VCure finally arrived, The delivery service handled it good, We didn’t see anything wrong with the package on the outside. We unpacked it and noticed 2 crushing gouges on the back corners. I’m a retired mfg engineer that thinks the dents occurred prior to shipping. I’m not happy because of the amount of money spent. Does VIVOSON have any Quality Control to catch these things before it ships?! I’d send pictures but can’t find an option.
