Walmart & Angi Partnership is TRASH!
I purchased desk through Walmart and paid the fee for assembly. I have had my item for almost two weeks and still can’t seem to get the assembly completed. Why is it so difficult to schedule the appropriate number of technicians if you’ve already received notice how many are required? Instead you book another appointment and still don’t send the correct number of technicians. The technician decided to come “look” at the desk just in case he could do it alone.. He couldn’t and canceled the appointment. Then your customer service rep is rude and patronizing because I’m the one being delayed a service that was completely paid for. There’s no remedy offered on Angi’s part other than fake concern. Walmart needs to partner with someone else or risk loosing customers due to less than mediocre 3rd party outsourcing. I’m beyond frustrated!!!
