Wrong power pack for recliner
My recliner came with the wrong power pack for me to use my power recliner. I have tried contacting customer service NUMEROUS times now and of if I get a response at all, it’s to be told another department will review my case but I have yet to hear back. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a purchase.
