The mid tiered product turned out to be a useless piece of plastic that didn’t live up to the hyped up expectation and reviews. The short email correspondence and results proved that the company is not willing to find a solution, yet alone go the extra mile for their clients. I simply gave up on them, binned the toy and leaving this honest and balanced review. They lost a client and the reason is greed, because the solution was simple and inexpensive.
