I live in South Carolina, Five Stars
I live in South Carolina and had what can only be described as an 'infestation' of giant spiders. They made their homes on my house, the trees, and spread their webs from branches to the grass (upwards of 7ft. length). After one treatment, and in two years of subsequent treatments, I have never had that issue again. I can see where the spiders have made their homes outside the perimeter of the spray and, in addition, ground-dwelling spiders have no longer tried to come inside the house through cracks or through the garage which have also been treated. Or, for the ones who do venture close, they die before they can get any further than the treated boundary. The customer service has been phenomenal in addressing issues such as a missing wand or replacements. And when a Black Widow tried to make her home on my mother's separate property, the team addressed it and I used my same treatment to kill her off. (Sorry, Black Widow, but can't have you biting anyone.) My only suggestion for Pestie is to allow consumers to change their addresses without needing to contact support for easier transitions. Overall, I highly recommend Pestie for anyone dealing with my same issue!
