This is the worst storage company ever
This is the worst storage company ever! Please DO NOT use clutter! They will not let you access your items while in the storage, the OVERCHARGE you money every month and have terrible customer service!!! You have to schedule an appointment to go grab items out that you need AND THEY CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!!!! The most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. I booked clutter based on my monthly bill being only $138 but I have been paying $400 for the last 3 months and have yet to get a full explanation on why!!! DO NOT USE CLUTTER!!!!! My family and I are filing a lawsuit against currently and will be getting our things out asap!! The worst experience of my life and the worst decision I’ve ever made!!!
