The Tire Express in the back of New…
The Tire Express in the back of New Castle are useless due to lack of knowledge and bad attitude. We have gone there for tires 2 months ago and ordered tires. Now this time the guy behind the counter told us he can’t order the tires , even though it was already done. 2 months ago the staff couldn’t find our name in the computer, or the tires. The staff in Tire Express need a training on attitude. I won’t go back.
