Real helpful humans
The online process was very easy and quick. Within a few minutes, I got a call from a real human being named William Boyce. He was really helpful and fun to talk to. He walked me through the process and connected me with a lender that gave me a pre-approval letter the next day (Saturday). It was all way easier than I thought it would be, and everyone gave me their contact information for if I had any questions. So, I feel like I have a team with me as I look for a condo.
