Tried to sign up for this service to get comparison rates for our mortgage because it was being hard core pushed on social media. Now dealing with non stop spam calls from bots and lenders because they just sold our information. Hard pass on this service no matter how many 5 star ratings they've paid for. Do it the old fashioned way: get a mortgage broker or get quotes directly from multiple lenders 10 days from your initial credit pull (make sure to include some credit unions because they often offer better rates than big box banks if you have good credit) . Don't give your information to these guys.

They asked permission to contact me, reached out quickly, answered all my questions about lenders and lending (which banks have been dodging) and were a big help finding a top rate from a lender I'd never have found on my own.

The inquiry process was super easy
The inquiry process was super easy. Within mintues of submitting a request, Tammy Elizer reached out to me to review my submission. She mentioned that no hard credit pull was required to start the process, which was one of the most important things to me as I start my loan comparisons. I am looking to move quickly thorughout this whole process while still duing my research due diligance. I am preparing for my current lease to end in 3 months so her quick response made me keep my momentum going.
Real helpful humans
The online process was very easy and quick. Within a few minutes, I got a call from a real human being named William Boyce. He was really helpful and fun to talk to. He walked me through the process and connected me with a lender that gave me a pre-approval letter the next day (Saturday). It was all way easier than I thought it would be, and everyone gave me their contact information for if I had any questions. So, I feel like I have a team with me as I look for a condo.

Would not recommend unless you want them to sell your data and receive 10 times as many spam calls in a day and they didn’t even get back to me after the first email. Terrible.
