Do not trust purchasing tickets through them because they use a third party and you won't recieve a refund. Today I purchased tickets for an event, afterwards an add popped up to add parking for the event so I proceeded with the purchase. Once I checked my email and saw the address and it was for parking under a viaduct/train looking place (not safe). I immediately called and requested a refund to which they denied me stating it was on the website. Initially I never seen a no refund policy or knew it was through a third party. I went to recheck the website and I didn't see the no refund policy either. This needs to be looked further into because this is unacceptable to expect people to just leave their car in a place like that without showing people where first. Instead of giving me a refund because I don't feel my car will be safe there or I just plainly do not want it, is truly bad business. I hope no one has to go through this.
