i put my vehicles make and model in and some of the places right up front state there will be an oversize vehicle charge. the garage i picked did not. i paid ahead what i thought was in full and was told they would not give me my car until i paid an additional $10. nothing was said when i brought the vehicle in. This is unethical and a bait and switch maneuver and i am very disappointed in your company for allowing this, if i could give no stars i would and will definitely be letting everyone know not to trust Spothero.

Made reservations with SpotHero. My parking was not validated and I was charged by SpotHero and by the parking lot. Customer Service gives you the run around. Nothing has been achieved. Looks like I have to take my loss for $65. Got scammed. $65 isn’t much although if they do this all the time it adds up.

Never again will use SpotHero!! While on the way to a big event in Baltimore, Maryland, I buy a $65 spot at a close by garage through SpotHero. We arrive to the garage only to find out the garage is only $42 for event parking. SpotHero was booked til 11:59 pm, so I try to extend the time because the event ran over by 30 minutes, and conveniently the website keeps popping up as an “error” after I update the time. So…. Was charged $65 through SpotHero and $42 through the garage. SpotHero was no help and offered a $5 credit, which I’ll never use their app again.

I purchased prepaid parking online for a lot that they did not have rights to...I show up and a completely different company is charging people to park there and my prepaid pass is worthless. Houston, TX - East Downtown area.
I booked a reservation for my daughter and she was charged again. When I called customer service they were able to see the problem and then correct it promptly. They were very friendly and helpful with what to do next time so as not to run into the problem in the future.

There is a huge range in prices for parking garages in Boston, and driving and searching for street parking is difficult and stressful. Spot Hero it makes it fast and easy to find a low priced reputable garage to select, in the part of the city I’m going to. Super easy finding it after selecting it, and easy to enter/depart, with no surprises about cost.
Don't use SpotHero in Denver. We got stuck in the 1681 Chestnut Place garage and were forced to pay a $40 fee just to get out of the garage. Plus, their customer service afterwards was awful. DO NOT USE SPOT HERO!!
