I had reserved parking in Nashville. When I went to park, after checking in at the hotel, I didn't have all the info they'd sent me--just the address. It turns out I parked in the wrong lot. Called customer service to confirm my space because the ticket machine didn't line up with what I thought I'd read. That person hung up on me or was disconnected. I parked, went back to the hotel, read the detailed instructions, contacted SpotHero and told them what had happened. I went back early the next morning to move my car to the correct garage. I informed SpotHero of my error. They were amazing! They assured me I wouldn't be billed extra, or get a ticket--and one month later, that seems to be true. Unlike that major parking company in Nashville, they were proactive, kind, and barring any surprises, helpful and honest. I look forward to parking with them again.

Would give this app 0 stars if I could. They take advantage of clients not well versed in apps on cell phones etc. somehow my reservation got extended. I called customer service to get a refund of $20 they were not having it. Lost all future services of mine over $20

When a highly incompetent PMC worker in Nashville wouldn’t honor my Spothero parking purchase, I was able to get Spothero assistance on the phone quickly and the representative was ready and quickly helped me! I was impressed! This was the absolute QUICKEST I’ve ever received a customer service support for a situation EVER- with any business!!! We will use Spothero again and tell all our friends! Paid $30 for reserved spot when I arrived there was no parking. I drove in and out of this area for an hour making my family and I late for a wedding! Beyond stressful there were multiple families that paid and no parking available. Had to find another location in busy downtown Seattle. Do not recommend

customer service was great but, I got a message that my parking space was extended to 2:30 AM - however unbeknownst to me the garage closes at midnight - somehow we figured out how to open the gate and get out!! Location: 337 Broad Street Philadelphia

SCAM Atleast For The Lot at 1517 SW Jefferson St Portland
I paid to park in a lot through SpotHero for an event on August 1st that was 4 blocks away from my event. I showed up to the lot and it was full. There was a couple standing there who were reaching out to a different online parking service because they didn't have a spot either. So obviously multiple companies are selling these spots and making money because I'm sure a lot of people figure oh well, it's only $16 and walk away. These companies are making some coin. I've been through 6 differenct customer service people at SpotHero in the past 13 days to try and get back my $16 dollars. Oh ya, by the time I found a place to park, I was late for my event. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is difficult to find the parking area and secondly, the parking area has many doors leading to private garages; there is a lack of signage.

Great customer service when the lot I reserved in was full when I arrived. Emailed and received a quick and kind response and a refund after I emailed the evidence that I parked somewhere else.

The parking garage was great. I got there on time and easily found a parking spot. The attendant was very friendly and helpful that made the experience great. I recommend this garage.

as per usual, I book my spot, I get to the parking lot 2 minutes early, and Voila! the reader at the parking lot states that I have an invalid reservation. Spot Hero's recommendation? Press the button and wait for an attendant. Which, under normal conditions, is an acceptable response. However, at 5am, there is no attendant there. What IS there, is only a line of people behind me trying to get into the garage. Contacting customer support only leads to them asking you to provide enough documentation to rival a NASA SOP on how to land on the moon. It is 2026, and their system can't figure out that sometimes people get to their destinations slightly early. I don't know what I hate more, the app, the customer service, or the fact that I keep tricking myself that maybe today is the day that SpotHero doesn't absolutely suck and waste my money.

Made a 4 night reservation but ended up arriving a few hours early. I figured it would no big deal maybe an extra $20 or so but I went to extend the reservation and it was not clear that it was going to charge extra. I figured since it was a long stay that it might just be free due to that. After booking it I realized it doubled the cost of my stay. I immediately called and was told all they could do was cancel my reservation which I didn't want. I just wanted the extended part that I paid back and I would find other parking for those 2 hours until my reservation started but they were unwilling to help
