Best Customer Service!

SpotHero customer service was very helpful in disputing a parking ticket we received when we have already paid for parking. The customer service representative was very caring and making sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

You guys were great but the concert we…

You guys were great but the concert we attended at Chase Center had to cancel their concert last minute due to medical emergency. We were all inconvenienced but under no one's control. Hopefully Ticketmaster refunds pur money

App is great for finding parking spots…

App is great for finding parking spots around Chicago. I find I go out a lot more since I have the option to not have to stress about parking spots. Cost is very competitive when it comes to downtown Chicago. Very easy to work with customer service personnel for the few times I have an issue that needs to be resolved.

Excellent Customer Service

We had to call customer support this morning to change the vehicle for the reservation. We were DELIGHTED that we were able to reach a LIVE HUMAN AGENT within 10 seconds of calling. The person was friendly, courteous, and resolved the issue quickly, and she was a live human. Outstanding.

Friendly person took my call

Friendly person took my call. My rez was until 4:30 and I meant to extend the time by a few hours but forgot. It was 5:30 and there was no option to extend the time. Customer service guy couldn't do it on his end. So I called the garage and told them the little story. I was charged an additional $17, which was more than if I had extended the time the proper way, and so that's the penalty for not extending the hours before the expiration, which I'm perfectly fine with.
