Received a parking ticket while parking with them. They wouldn’t do anything about it. Will never use them again!!!

I have been a SpotHero customer since 2012

I have been a SpotHero customer since 2012? I use there app whenever I need to park. Wether it is in Boston, NYC, Philly...wherever I am traveling. Its easy to use and there customer service is wicked good (as we say in Boston)

If there were a way to rate -20

If there were a way to rate -20, I would do it. I am sitting in my car trying to g to exit facility since 1am, metal drop down gate won’t open. Has a great game plan and reserved spot in advance. No where in advance did it tell me parking structure won’t allow exit until 6am. What? This is nuts. Many phone calls and they say nothing they can do about it. Thank god I don’t have a flight to catch! I need to go to the bathroom bad and can’t even leave without getting locked out of the structure. Last time I use this app. SpotZERO!!

Overpriced reservation when gameday spots were cheaper.

Disappointed to reserve a Savannah Bannana (wrigley field) game day spot for $80, only to pass a few other parking garages charging $40 or $60 in real-time that we passed while walking to the park. Spothero has been a good deal in the past, but that was highly disappointing.

I used SpotHero several times recently…

I used SpotHero several times recently to reserve parking spots in San Francisco. It worked well and reduced the problem of driving around looking for parking lots.

I booked two months in advance, but still got the shaft

I booked two months in advance, and two days before my event, my space was suddenly "unavailable." So they booked me in one that was supposedly more expensive (but was in a less safe area of town, but that was the closest they could get me), and tried to tell me that they were giving me a "credit" for the upcharge. They wouldn't give me any money back, even though now I will have to Uber for safety. And the guy on the phone kept interrupting me, which didn't help. Nothing at all offered for inconvenience, either.

Great parking experience

Great parking experience. Booking was straightforward, and parking was effortless — I simply scanned the QR code to enter and exit. I also appreciated the photo of the garage entrance to help identify it easily. SpotHero really is a lifesaver.
