I had a problem navigating the website…

I had a problem navigating the website so I called customer service. Paula was absolutely awesome!!! Answered all my questions, clued me in on a few things I didn't think to ask and set up my reservation for me. She made sure I understood what I needed to do and made the whole experience a pleasant one. I'd definitely recommend someone calling in if you're not sure what your doing.

Great directions

Great directions, loved the road-level picture of the entrance and address. This particular garage had someone on site at the "gate" to help us figure things out. The garage gate scanner did not indicate where to place the qr code for scanning, and left a little to be desired in terms of directions - not SPOTHERO's fault. The directions that I printed out with the ticket were most helpful and a HUGE improvement over the last time we used SpotHero.

The ability to get a refund when plans changed

The ability to get a refund when plans changed. Easy peasy to find a parking garage in an area I was not familiar with. Kind people responding to my concerns.

Convenience accessability

There 8s a very steep walkway to go into garage NO SAFETY handrails on either side very uncomfortable & I had realized only two days after that the Attendant STOLE item from my vehicle..VERY UPSET & disappoibted!
