Paid over 1000 for parts that we still haven’t received. Called no less than 15x and keep being told their system has been “down” for 2 weeks. Keeps telling me someone in management will reach out to me but no one has called. Won’t provide a shipping date but charged my card. Nobody speaks English. Horrible American brand sold off to foreigners
