IF IDIOCY WAS CANDY
My experience with iPostal1 has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! I may need to seek therapy from my horrendous ordeals with the iPostal1 mail center, located at Staples, 500 E McBee Ave, Suite 100 in Greenville, South Carolina. To suggest that the management and personnel at that location are brain dead would be a gross understatement! Those "people" handle mail the way an idiot handles calculus! After I receive the last of my expected deliveries, I will cancel my virtual mailbox and lease a traditional mailbox at UPS, which specializes in mail handling. You are warned to avoid virtual mail centers, ESPECIALLY the one described. It is NOT worth the savings! If idiocy was candy the management and personnel at Staples would have severe diabetes! To clarify, for the benefit of both iPostal1 and Staples, my issues are with the persistent chain of custody failures and nonchalant "customer service". I am still awaiting a parcel that was delivered on July 17, 2026, at 11:22 am. As I write this, I have been notified of additional deliveries occurring today, July 20th. I recognize that mail service is a secondary service provided by Staples, and the attitudes of the store personnel and management are a clear reflection of that proposition. Mail should be handled by personnel properly TRAINED in mail handling procedures. I have already filed a complaint with USPS regarding the lack of training and chain of custody at Staples. After I receive all of my mail, I will cancel my "mailbox" and rent a real mailbox at UPS, which specializes in mail handling. I suggest others do likewise.
