FXSVPS Support Team don't read your full message. Support team response time is very fast. However, when you want to raise a support ticket, or raise a concern, do not ask more than 1 question in a single ticket, they will only read the first paragraph or answer the first question with a very brief answer. TRY IT.. :) Note, there is only one option to put the date on the Experience or when it was happened, i have more than 5 cases.
