What people say

i've been using their VPS for 3 month…

i've been using their VPS for 3 month and so far everything has worked well. the server was delivered quickly and the connection has been stable. i also contacted support and received a helpful response. overall, i'm satisfied with the service

Unprofessional and impossible to trust

I requested cancellation before renewal, yet I was later charged anyway. I then discovered that my cancellation request had not actually been processed. Even after I asked for a refund and immediate cancellation, support kept delaying, avoiding the refund issue, and leaving the service active instead of simply carrying out my request. For me, this shows a serious lack of professionalism and destroys trust. This is especially worrying for a VPS company whose customers may leave trading platforms and accounts running on its servers. If I cannot trust them to handle a simple cancellation properly or to respect my bank card and avoid unwanted charges, I certainly would not feel comfortable trusting them with infrastructure connected to my trading account and money. Based on my experience, I would not recommend FXSVPS. ------------------------------------------- Update following FXSVPS's response: FXSVPS's reply actually confirms the central point of my review: **they acknowledge that my cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date.** Their justification is that I was supposedly required to reply again to their Billing Team before the cancellation could be finalized. However, this additional confirmation requirement does "not appear in their published Terms of Service". Their Terms state that customers may cancel at any time from the client area and that "cancelling stops future charges". They do not state that a cancellation request remains ineffective unless the customer subsequently replies to a support message. In my view, requiring an additional step that is not stated in the cancellation terms, then using the absence of that additional step to justify another renewal charge, is precisely the kind of practice that makes a company difficult to trust. Their second clarification is equally unconvincing. FXSVPS says that “billing administration is entirely separate from the technical operation and security of a customer's VPS.” But customers do not have separate relationships with FXSVPS's Billing Team and Technical Team. They have a relationship with "FXSVPS as one company". Saying that billing is separate from technical operations does not address the trust issue; billing practices are part of the company's conduct just as much as its technical services are. My concern was never that a billing employee could directly access my brokerage funds. My concern is much simpler: if I cannot trust a company to follow its own cancellation terms and handle my payment authorization responsibly, I would not trust that same company with infrastructure connected to my trading activity. For those reasons, their response does not change my assessment.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that this situation caused frustration and affected your confidence in our service. We would, however, like to clarify an important point regarding the cancellation. Our records show that a cancellation request was submitted before the renewal date. Our Billing Team responded to that request and required a reply from you in order to proceed with/finalize the cancellation. Unfortunately, we did not receive any further response to that ticket before the renewal date. As the cancellation process had therefore not been completed, the service remained active in our billing system and was automatically renewed according to its existing recurring billing cycle. The charge was not made after a completed cancellation, nor was the service intentionally kept active against a confirmed cancellation instruction. When you contacted us again, our team reviewed the previous communication and the billing history and subsequently handled the cancellation request. We fully understand that, from a customer's perspective, submitting a cancellation request may feel like the process should already be complete. We are therefore reviewing how we communicate pending cancellation requests so that it is clearer when additional confirmation or information is still required from the customer. We would also like to clarify that billing administration is entirely separate from the technical operation and security of a customer's VPS. FXSVPS does not have access to customers' brokerage funds, and a billing dispute does not provide us with access to their trading account or financial assets. We respect your decision to share your experience, but we also believe it is important to clarify that the renewal occurred because the cancellation process remained incomplete after our Billing Team's response received no further reply—not because a completed cancellation request was ignored. Best Regards, **FXSVPS Team**

Customer Support reply :(

FXSVPS Support Team don't read your full message. Support team response time is very fast. However, when you want to raise a support ticket, or raise a concern, do not ask more than 1 question in a single ticket, they will only read the first paragraph or answer the first question with a very brief answer. TRY IT.. :) Note, there is only one option to put the date on the Experience or when it was happened, i have more than 5 cases.

Hello, You are describing something real, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Our team is measured on how quickly tickets are answered, and that has produced exactly the habit you found: an agent reads the opening lines, answers what is there, and closes the ticket. It looks efficient on a dashboard. For anyone who asked three questions, it is a bad experience, and the fault is in how we run the queue, not in how you wrote the ticket. We are not going to ask you to split your questions across separate tickets. A ticket with four questions in it should come back with four answers. What we are doing about it: agents now have to confirm every question in a ticket has been addressed before it can be closed, and we are reviewing closed tickets for ones that were answered only in part. You mentioned you have more than five cases. We would like to go through all of them properly rather than leave them as they are. Reply here or open one ticket listing them — that one will be handled by a supervisor, and every point in it will get an answer. Thank you for writing this. "TRY IT" was a fair challenge, and we would rather fix the thing than argue about it. FXS VPS Support

FXSVPS continued to charge me even…

FXSVPS continued to charge me even though I have already removed all my billing information from my account, This means my payment details were still saved on their end despite being deleted from the billing information

Reply from Fxsvps.com2026-08-21

Hi Mike, The part that worried you most deserves a straight answer first: your card number is not stored on our servers and never was. Payments run through Stripe, which holds the card in its own vault — we hold a reference to it and can see the last four digits, nothing more. When you deleted your billing details, that reference was removed from our side too. What we did not do is warn you that removing billing details does not cancel an active service. The service stayed live, the renewal invoice came due, and it was paid. That is the gap, and it is ours. Our terms are that a renewal, once processed, is not refunded, and we apply that to everyone equally. But you had taken a clear step to stop payment, and our client area let you believe that was enough — so we have credited the full $25 to your account. It will apply automatically to your next invoice. We have left the service running rather than closing it, since it is still active and you may want the time you have paid for. If you would rather it were closed, reply here or open a ticket and we will do it and confirm. We have also changed the client area: removing billing details now shows a notice that it does not cancel your service, with a direct link to cancel. Anyone doing what you did will now be told what it does and does not do. Thank you for the review — it found a real gap on our side. FXS VPS Support

4 of 5 reboots left no crash dump — their "investigation" never explained that.

Paying trading-VPS customer. My server had 5 unexpected host-side reboots in two weeks — 4 of them with no crash dump at all. I proved the VM's dump config worked (the one reset that was a guest fault — a memory-management bugcheck, 0x1A — wrote a full dump), so 4 resets with no dump means the OS never got the chance to fault — the VM was reset below the OS, from the host. I sent the exact timestamps, event IDs and this reasoning. Their reply: a host "investigation" that declared no host fault, pinned everything on the single guest crash, never addressed the 4 dumpless resets, and offered me a fresh VPS on another node instead of an answer. The thread ended there, unresolved. Every one of those reboots also takes MT4/MT5 and any live EA down with it. Another time I messaged live support about an issue and, instead of asking my approval, they just restarted the server while my EAs were live and trading. Straight answers were the recurring problem: repeated "no anomaly" replies, and at one point I was told to stop "using AI" and keep my messages short — in a support ticket, which is exactly where the technical detail of a technical fault belongs. Execution was sloppy too. The VPS control panel itself errored out, so I had to message support to fix the tool I manage my own server with. New orders came back with specs I'd given ignored (two-drive storage, port 8080 for API), and the location was wrong on the invoice, so I had to message live support each time just to confirm I'd actually get the London server I ordered. The conduct matched. When running many MT5 instances froze the GUI — a Windows limitation, not their fault — live chat's reaction was to offer a retention discount rather than just tell me that; the straight answer only came later. When I asked for a refund, I was brushed off before I could explain, as raising it "over and over." The cancellation reply then claimed every ticket was "answered timely with proper explanation" (it wasn't) and leaned on my discounted rate as if that excused any of it. I didn't leave over hardware. I left over the support and the sloppy execution — and moved to a provider I expect to handle both better. re: FxSVPS's reply: I never claimed a host hardware fault. That's the question you keep answering. My claim was that the VM was reset below the OS — a host-level action, whatever its cause — and that is still unaddressed: 4 of the 5 resets produced no crash dump, and your reply doesn't explain them either. Your own investigation report also listed administrative stop/start tasks on my VM (qmstop:117 / qmstart:117) on 3 June — the same day as two of the resets — dismissed as "normal lifecycle operations," with no explanation of who triggered them or why. The discount has no bearing on whether those reboots were ever explained.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that your final impression of our service was not a positive one. Throughout the time you were with us, we consistently provided your VPS services at a significant discounted rate—around $30 off per server—because we genuinely valued you as a long-term customer. We also appreciate that you previously shared positive feedback based on your experience with us. Regarding the technical concerns, every unexpected reboot was investigated using the available host and virtualization logs. While we understand your interpretation of the events, our findings did not indicate an underlying host hardware issue. Whenever possible, we also offered alternative solutions, including migration to another node, to minimize any potential impact. We also acknowledge that there were occasions where our communication could have been clearer, and we sincerely apologize if any action or response did not meet your expectations. We truly appreciate the time you spent with FXSVPS and respect your decision to move on. Your feedback will help us continue improving both our technical processes and customer communication. We wish you success with your future hosting provider.

Misleading Information Before Purchase

I had a disappointing experience with FxSVPS due to misleading information provided before I purchased the service. I specifically asked whether I could start with a free server location and later transfer to the New York server without paying the additional $2 premium-location fee. I was clearly told that I could use the one-click location transfer and move to New York without the extra charge. After purchasing the service, I was then told that New York is a premium location and that the $2 fee still applies. Support admitted that the earlier information was incorrect, but they did not immediately honor what I had been promised. The issue is not the small $2 fee itself. The problem is that I made my purchasing decision based on information given by their representative, and the company later refused to stand behind that information. I requested cancellation because I no longer felt confident in their sales practices. Potential customers should make sure they get all pricing and location fees confirmed in writing before purchasing.

Hi Neil, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused during your pre-sales conversation. We would like to clarify that our server locations do not all have the same pricing. Premium locations, such as New York, have higher infrastructure and operating costs, which is why an additional location fee applies when upgrading or transferring to those locations. Unfortunately, the information you initially received was inaccurate, and we understand how that led to your disappointment. However, the premium location fee is part of our standard pricing policy and applies equally to all customers. It is not a fee introduced specifically for your order. We also noticed that a PayPal dispute was opened before we had the opportunity to fully resolve the matter through our support team. We always encourage customers to contact us first, as we do our best to find a fair solution whenever possible. We genuinely regret the misunderstanding and appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our communication. We wish you all the best and thank you for giving FXSVPS a try.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS VPS

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS VPS, FIRST OF ALL THE RESPONSE TIME IS TERRIBLE, I MEAN FOR TRADERS TIME IS EVERYTHING. A SLIGHT DELAY CAN REALLY HURT SOMEONE'S TRADES. EVEN THE EMOTIONS CAN GET AFFECTED, THERE ARE SOME ELIAS THERE AND ITS LIKE THEY ONLY RESPOND WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE, OR IT FELT LIKE THEY RESPONSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PACKAGE, I FELT LOOK DOWN ON, ATLEAST THEY SHOULD GET A BOT TO RESPOND AS A FIRST ASSISTANT & THE BOT WILL NEVER DISCRIMINATE. THEN THERE IS THIS ISSUE WITH LATENCY MORE THAN 200MS. YES YOU HEARD ME RIGHT +200MS MIND YOU THE VPS IS PRACTICALLY IN THE SAME 'ROOM' WITH MY BROKER, I FOR ONE AM IN A 3RD WORLD COUNTRY WITH VERY POOR CONNECTION & MY PERSONAL PC HAS A LATENCY OF 50MS MORE THAN 10,000 MILES /KM AWAY, SO I REALLY CAN SAY MUCH THE DATA SPEAKS FOR ITSELF, NOW FXVPS ASKED ME TO PROMOTE ALL THIS FOR US $6 DISCOUNT, I'LL RATHER SKIP, THANK YOU!!!!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that our service and support did not meet your expectations. First, regarding support response times: we understand that traders often require quick assistance, particularly when an issue may affect an active trading environment. Support priority is **not determined by how much a customer pays**, and no customer should feel that they are being looked down on because of their package. We are reviewing the communication in your case internally. Regarding the **200+ ms latency**, we would like to clarify that the physical location of a VPS and broker server alone does not guarantee a particular latency. The result can also depend on the broker's actual trading-server location, network routing, ISP/carrier paths, and the specific MT4/MT5 server being connected to. In some cases, a broker may advertise one location while individual trading servers are hosted or routed through a different network. That said, 200+ ms is certainly something we would want to investigate. If you provide us with the broker name, exact MT4/MT5 server name, and your VPS details through the support ticket, our technical team can check the route and latency from the server directly. We also want to address your comment regarding the **$6 discount**. Any discount offered by our team should never be interpreted as payment for a positive review or as a requirement to promote FXSVPS. Customers are always free to leave completely independent and honest feedback. If our communication gave you a different impression, we apologize for that. We value criticism when something has gone wrong because it helps us identify where our service and communication need improvement. We would be happy to review the technical side of your case again and provide you with the actual latency and routing results. Best Regards, **FXSVPS Team**
