Straight up scam
After 2 weeks, when the warranty expires, the sellers just take the account back and then refuse to help you. EDIT: I can see the company responded blabbering about support. I already tried that. After 2 weeks, their warranty expires and there's absolutely nothing you can do to take your account back, and the seller goes unpunished. Avoid this service at all costs.
