Exceptionally high fees
Exceptionally high fees. Shipping price was unknown and proved extraordinary. Had to write the item off. Waste of time and money. Their reply here says I should talk to customer support. For the record, I already did that and they said it wasn't their problem, it's up the auction houses. So this reply seems to be a formality to make it look like they did something. We have laws against punitive and unadvertised fees.
