Order never sent, customer service is not responding
My order for a camera case and a few accessories has been put and fully paid a month ago and is still not even dispatched for shipping. Customer service stays silent Order TELESIN29667 Totally unacceptable, as items were ordered for a time-sensitive event in advance enough for any modern online shop to manage it UPDATE: it's 31/07/2026, and after writing this 1-star review, Telesin support agents actually found the time to respond to me and send the order, and it actually arrived, what a magical coincidence! While they did resolve the mess that the order was, my opinion is that as a customer, I shouldn't engage in negative reviewing just to get what I paid for, and that ghosting a buyer all the way until they start to report it on trustpilot is unacceptable. I will bump my rating from 1 to 2 for the sole fact that I did receive the package, but going above that won't happen - I believe that this whole situation is absolutely not up to a respectable e-shopping standard in 2026
