no help
i’ve had many bad experiences with doordash, but at least they have tried to help. Today, i received my order 1.5 hours after i made the order, which is 1 hour over the estimated delivery time. I can understand 15 minutes, but 1 hour? To top it off, the driver left my food outside my apartment building without even trying to bring it to me or ask me if it was okay. I am very pregnant and unable to move around very well. When I reported this to doordash requesting compensation so I can purchase something else where the driver can actually bring me the food, they simply said they cannot give me compensation and ended the chat. Terrible very terrible. They don’t care that you’re still unhappy with the resolution, once they’re tired of dealing with you, they’ll just cut you off.
