A very satisfied and happy Von Lycaon yume!
Gave me the option to choose full price or down payment for the pre-order. They kept me updated on the status of my pre-order, by showing proof of in their warehouse. And also responded quickly to emails when I sent them as needed. Delivery was quick and smooth. They also had the breakdown on what the price and time length would be for each Delivery option. Not only that but the statue was in great condition. The only issue would be a manufacturer problem and it's just with one of the small fabric pieces. Besides that everything was great! I wouldn't mind ordering from them again if I were to buy another figure!
