Be careful – I was charged despite never completing the checkout
I started the sign-up process and entered my payment details, but I never knowingly completed the checkout or agreed to a recurring subscription. Despite this, Ultiself charged me €8.69 and later another €43.71. What concerns me most is that after taking my money, they continued sending me emails telling me to "Finish checkout", "complete your checkout", and even stating that I "still haven't claimed" my plan. This suggests that their own system considered my registration incomplete while they were already charging my card. I never received login credentials, never accessed the service, and never used it. I have requested evidence that I accepted a recurring subscription, including the checkout confirmation and consent to recurring payments. Until they can provide that, I consider these charges unjustified. I strongly advise anyone considering Ultiself to be extremely careful before entering their payment details and to check their bank statements closely.
